Hotel Casa 1800 Sevilla informs that the establishment is responsible and aware of the current legislation in the countries where it offers its services and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were previously contracted before the modification.
This website and its contents, including the general terms and conditions of contracting, are available in various languages to facilitate understanding by international users. In case of discrepancy between versions, the text in Spanish will prevail.
Identity of the contracting parties

On the other hand, the USER who purchases a reservation on the website, is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to HOTEL CASA 1800 SEVILLA.
Purpose of the contract.
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between HOTEL CASA 1800 SEVILLA and the USER at the time the USER accepts, during the online booking process, the reservation service offered.
The contractual reservation relationship involves the use of chosen room categories (and other extras), for a limited time, in exchange for a specific price publicly displayed on the website (by choosing dates and users, you will see the current amounts at that time). Depending on the required needs, you may purchase extras offered by HOTEL CASA 1800 SEVILLA (to be detailed in the purchasing process or to be contracted at the establishment itself).

7. GENERALITIES OF THE OFFER.
- All USERS must make a correct use of the website and our facilities, being solely responsible for any possible damages or harm that they may cause to HOTEL CASA 1800 SEVILLA or third parties due to lack of diligence or malicious actions. Any inappropriate, violent, disturbing or illegal behavior may give HOTEL CASA 1800 SEVILLA the right to expel USERS from our accommodation, with no right to future claims or any type of refund.
- Minors must be accompanied at all times, absolving HOTEL CASA 1800 SEVILLA of any responsibility for accidents or damages caused by unsupervised children.

- The USER will be responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Price and validity period of the offer.
The applicable prices are those published on the website and will be expressed in the currency EURO by default, being able to configure the currency among the available options. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some services may vary in real time.
Prices may change daily at any time until the reservation is made.
9. RESERVATION/PURCHASE PROCESS.
- Choose the arrival date, the number of nights, the number of rooms, and the occupants.
- Select the type of room: the client can choose between the different room options available, depending on availability for the selected dates.
- Select the desired rate and regime: there are different rate options and promotions that are activated depending on the dates, as a series of restrictions are applied to each one (such as advance booking, minimum stay, etc.). A promotional code discount can also be applied. Likewise, the client must choose between the option of accommodation only or accommodation and breakfast.
- Hiring extras: in this step, additional extras can be added to the bookings, such as a bottle of cava or a massage service (among others, subject to availability).
- Enter the personal information requested for your accommodation, as well as the banking card details for payment.
- To confirm your reservation, you must read and accept the present booking conditions (thus formalizing them) in the corresponding section.
- Complete the reservation: after confirming the details, you must make the payment if required or formalize your reservation (if payment is not required, a credit card can be provided as a guarantee for the reservation), thus completing the reservation effectively. The client will receive confirmation of their reservation at the contact email they have provided during the reservation process.
